Carrots contain a very high amount of Vitamin A and help your skin fight signs of premature aging. The A that is in carrots is very similar to what is in topical Retin A, which you can find in many perscription or over the counter creams, but the A in carrots is far more effective because the vitamin is organically based and comes from the inside out.
